General Policies

  1. All our items are 100% authentic guaranteed. We are official distributors for all the brands that we carry.
  2. Pre orders are in general guaranteed however in rare cases were a pre order release is cancelled or the method of release is changed by the brand that we can no longer obtain the product, thus a pre order has to be canceled, a full refund will be issued. If there is a delay in the release date, this does not cancel the release and any cancelations will be subject to the cancelation penalty stated in the item’s description.
  3. International orders: to determine whether an item is shipped internationally or locally based on your country please check the item description.
  4. All customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer if there is any.
  5. We are not responsible for any manufacturing defects or any damage during shipping.

Shipping and Handling Time Policy

In stock items: All in stock items ship within 1-3 business days after payment is completed.

Some international deliveries are subject to import taxes depending on the country. All import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer if there is any.
